The search for Plato's Island has now moved into the Mediterranean, and Malta alone fits Plato's description. It is the only architectural civilizalion which predates that of Egypt by a thousand years. The ancient text of Plato is now supplemented by that of the Theran, Eumalos of Cyrene, who identified the Central Mediterranean as the site of Plato's Island.
